Leah Henderson
Leah Henderson is an award-winning author of books for young readers. Her middle grade novels include The Magic in Changing Your Stars and One Shadow on the Wall. Her work appears in the short story anthologies Black Enough: Stories of Being Young and Black in America and Calling the Moon. Her picture books include Mamie on the Mound, and the forthcoming Together We March, A Day for Rememberin’, and Daddy Speaks Love. Leah holds an MFA in Writing and is on faculty at Spalding University’s School of Creative and Professional Writing.
